Clean lines and timeless materials come together in the final sales suite for West Village’s last residential release. The entry signage features stunning brushed brass lettering, subtly offset from the wall to create depth and shadow play, perfectly complemented by refined gold vinyl cut lettering applied directly to the glass.
This minimal yet impactful design delivers a sophisticated first impression – a fitting welcome to the final chapter of one of Brisbane’s most iconic precincts.

Well, we were behind the vinyl signage that added that extra sparkle -- produced and installed by us! at Green Light Creative. Our vinyl signage assisted to bring the wild vision to life, one bold letter at a time. 💒✨

Cutting, weeding and installing, this luxe lettering gave the space its bold personality and helped set the scene for vows, parties, and all things divine.

Behind the Scenes at Snag Fest South Bank: Our Signage in the Spotlight
Snag Fest South Bank was a total vibe this year – three days of sizzling gourmet hotdogs, cold drinks, big-screen footy, and live tunes lighting up Little Stanley Street from May 2–4, 2025. With epic vendors like Ahmet’s, Barbossa, Brooklyn Depot, and the fiery Magic Dawgs collab from Alemré and Frank’s Red Hot, the energy (and the chilli) was high.
And while everyone was out there enjoying the good times, my team at Green Light Creative was working hard behind the scenes to make sure the visual side of Snag Fest matched the magic on the ground.
We worked closely with Kate from Lo Key Events, who brought her usual brilliance to the overall event concept. South Bank supplied the visual direction and assets, and we hit the ground running from there – managing the full rollout of signage from design adaptation to install and pack down.
Here’s what we took care of:

• Signage Design – Using the creative assets provided, we rolled out a suite of bold, vibrant signage that matched the festival’s fun energy and helped people find their way around with ease.
  
• Print Management – We handled all the production logistics, making sure every sign was printed to spec, weather-ready, and delivered on time.
  
• Install & Removal – We were on-site for bump-in and bump-out, making sure everything looked great for opening and left no trace after close.
  

Our role was all about making Snag Fest look and feel seamless – visually cohesive, on-brand, and festival-ready from every angle.
Events like these are always a team effort, and Kate’s clear vision and solid brief made our job easier. I’m proud of how our crew brought it all together on-site, and I reckon it shows just how powerful great design and smooth delivery can be in creating a memorable event experience.

Green Light Creative was engaged to help with the floorplan and furniture selection for The Lease Lease Yarrabilba Sales Office.

The Lend Lease team were wanting to reflect Yarrabilba’s vision, enhancing the customer journey, while also linking the experience across similar national locations. We were supplied photos from other Lend Lease sites we were asked to adapt the previous elements into the new space.

Liaising closely with the Lend Lease team we focused on creating a welcoming and functional space with a lot of WOW - featuring a designer lighting, green wall and unique furnishings.

At Green Light Creative, we’ve had the pleasure of working on a range of exciting projects for Brookhaven, contributing to this thriving community. Recently, we were tasked with an extensive series of upgrades that spanned multiple elements within the Sales and Information Centre.

Working closely with the client, we ensured that their vision was central to our design process. Our team crafted custom signs that not only aligned with the aesthetic goals but also communicated essential information effectively. From vibrant fabric graphics to expertly designed frames, every sign was tailored to elevate the office's functionality and visual appeal.

For the transformation to Brookhaven’s new brand we were entrusted with the production and installation of the new Brookhaven palette across various touchpoints. This included eye-catching entry signage featuring Frasers' acrylic logo—a standout element that welcomes everyone into the space. Throughout the display area we added white art frames with fabric prints - adding a sense of home to the space. The main feature is a padded fabric panel to refresh the reception counter, it is a lovely touch to refresh the dark wood previously on the reception.

Here at Green Light Creative, we take safety seriously! The team recently underwent training to bring everyone up to speed on the latest in Workplace Health and Safety procedures, and now we’re all pros!
 
WH&S is mandatory to ensure a safe workplace both physically and mentally, and the GLC team are excited to implement our knowledge within our office and on every site visit, sign installation and job that takes place. 
 
We take extra care to maintain WH&S relationships with all our clients and providers, and keep everything on file to keep every situation safe! A quick recap of our latest addition is the consistent appraisal of each job and its safety risks. We either classify a job as HIGH or LOW risk and apply codes and practices that pertain to each! 
 
We have prepared a full WH&S document that covers all the work we currently manage and encourage you to peruse through it should you wish to see how we commit to safety.
