YARRABILBA SALES OFFICE - LEND LEASE

Green Light Creative was engaged to help with the floorplan and furniture selection for The Lease Lease Yarrabilba Sales Office.

The Lend Lease team were wanting to reflect Yarrabilba’s vision, enhancing the customer journey, while also linking the experience across similar national locations. We were supplied photos from other Lend Lease sites we were asked to adapt the previous elements into the new space.

Liaising closely with the Lend Lease team we focused on creating a welcoming and functional space with a lot of WOW - featuring a designer lighting, green wall and unique furnishings.

Thoughtful furniture selection ensured a balance of style, functionality, and environmental responsibility. The feature lighting - Navicula, designed by David Trubridge - certainly made an impacted to the wow factor and contributed beautiful natural shapes to the space.

By integrating natural textures and varied seating for all kinds of prospective clients and their children, we helped create a space that can accomodate lots of people on busy weekends and still feel welcoming and warm during slower weekday times.
