The West Village Ice-cream festival was the best way to see out the summer weather, melting hearts all around with a flurry of our favourite Ice-cream desserts. Located in the historic Peters Ice-cream Factory, the festival held all things sweet and creamy, with Brisbane's coolest vendors, like; Doughnut Bar, Gelato Messina, Minus 32, Frozen Sunshine, Boss Bites, and many more. After 70 years since the closure of the Factory, it was certainly a treat to see ice-cream smothered smiles within the vicinity once again. Not only, self-deemed taste testers; Green Light Creative were proudly apart of the production team, in conjunction with Think Business Solutions, designing and installing the signage collateral for the most anticipated festival. The historic Peters building is one of two buildings that will be preserved as part of developer Sekisui House's masterplan for West Village. An up-and-coming precinct that will include apartments, townhouses, community spaces and extensive parkland, and beautifully architected retail & food laneways. With the success of the first Ice-cream festival, there is no doubt that the festival will be an annual treat for Brisbanites! See you there!
